Why am I getting an error message on my LG G2 Verizon after an update?

Trying to get OTA update and keep getting error message then reboot. Root but stock

Hello! What root app are you using? If you are using SuperSU, it has a built in unroot option. Try unrooting before updating and see if that will fix it. Some phones prevent OTA's because it detects if the user's phone is modified.

You likely need to revert to stock, OTA to 26A, and re-root with Stump Root.

I'm also getting an error message
Err:0x1111000
I have a stock phone.
It seems to download ok but it won't install.
