Why am I getting error messages on my phone?

tab not working phone not working on a tab

updated yesterday and since Samsung tab galaxy 2 10.1 keeps coming up with message unfortunately
phone not working and process system not responding? how to fix please

Welcome to Android Central! Is this a non-US Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 that has LTE and telephony capability?

My Galaxy Tab 2 updated this morning and now it's not working! :-( It turns on and just when I swipe to unlock I get black screen with this pop up.
It says Unfortunately, com.sec.android.app.launcher has stopped.

I tried Wipe Cache Partition but it didn't help.

Hi thanks for the reply and the link. I went into Safe mode and uninstalled every downloaded application from within Task Manager. But again, the same error.

I just did Wipe Data / factory reset but nothing. Same thing.

Tried with application GoLauncher and it's working( I can use the screens) .With that working I opened Settings/Application Manager/All/ and tried clearing the Cache and Data on the com.sec.android.app.launcher but still the same error if I don't use GoLauncher.

Don't know what else... Kies says updated to the latest Firmware.

Not quite sure what else to do. You could look into flashing the stock ROM, using Odin. You'd have to find the stock ROM for your exact model number. http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...ide-samsung-how-flash-stock-rom-via-odin.html

Thank you man, I just flashed and it's working. Bloody hell, and Samsung support wanted to take the tablet and repair it!!! 2 weeks without tablet and then you might even get old refurbished one back....
