Why am I getting errors when I try to download anything from the Play Store (error code495)?

cant download anything from play store getting error code495 i have reseted my devise still no luck

am using the Samsung s3 mini

Try clearing the data for Google Play and Google Service Framework in the application manager now.

Play Store has been really flaky the past couple of days. I've been seeing various errors... Clearing data might work, but I suggest you start by just clearing the Play Store app data first. Second, remove your Google account, reboot, then add the Google account back in. I've found that remove/re-add of your account is more reliable than clearing Google Services Framework app data.
