Why am I getting the error messages that I have insufficient storage?

Hello, i have a problem with HTC desire 500.

When i am trying to download sth from Google Store , i recieve a massage which says "insufficient storage". I tried to delete much things, but I still cant download or update nothing? Any ideas?

i cant post it right now but my SD card is almost empty, but the phone storage is almost full no matter what I delete. All of my downloaded apps are moved to the SD card, my photos too.

The internal only has about 4GB after the OS takes its share. That 4GB is for any other type of data, including app data, which some will need to be stored on the internal. You can try disabling stock apps you don't use and uninstalling those updates to gain some space, but it won't be much.
