Android Central Question

I used to just lightly swipe the green telephone button when I receive a call but after the software update last week I notice that I have to strongly swipe almost knocking down the screen to be able to get the incoming call. Please let me know why and what shall I do?

I do not like swipe to call or answer.
If you go to Settings, Accessibility, you have an option named "Single tap mode".
Enable it and you can just tap the button to answer and end calls.
No more swipe to maybe answer calls

If you have a screen protector, make sure you have high sensitivity of the screen enabled.

I have the same issue. I have to either swipe a second time, or I wait one second after the screen wakes up and then swipe. I'm hoping it's fixed in the next monthly update.

I wish Samsung would use a proximity sensor like HTC and others to just put the phone to your ear to answer a call without having to push any buttons. Samsung never learns.

Similar one called Direct Call
