Why am I having issues receiving emails from a secondary account?

I'm wondering if anyone has had an issue receiving email from a secondary account? I have a gmail account which I don't use often only for my android devices. I have a comcast account as well as a business email account which I use daily; my main accounts. My problem is my comcast account is working fine but my business account has stopped receiving email; I can send from that account though. I've had it up and running for just over a year without issues - this issue started in early October.
My devices affected are my phone, Galaxy S4 and my tablet Galaxy Note 2014 Edition

I've gone into the server settings and nothing has changed or has been changed. I deleted the account and added it back in to see if that would fix it but no luck.

Any suggestions/ideas?

If you are still using the std mail app give one of the popular ones a try. K9, aquamail or my personal favourite maildroid.

Cleaning the cache of the present mail app may also solve the issue.
