Why am I losing connection with mobile network

I have a plan with Consumer Cellular/ATT. Happens various times of day when I am driving on the Uber app. Have worked with CC TO try various solutions. Thinking it might be ATT?

AT&T is the network, but I’m guessing you’d have to try to solve problems through Consumer Cellular rather than approaching AT&T direct.

During times of congestion customers using MVNOs will be deprioritzed in favor of customers who are actually AT&T subscribers.
