Why am I not getting a pin code to pair my gt03

So I am following all the instructions to pair the gt03 to my samsung galaxy s8. It never works because it never sends me a pin.

Usually when pairing and a device asks for a PIN, try entering "0000" (that's four zeros), as that is the most common default PIN. So common, it's practically universal.
