Why am I unable to access SuperSU?

Can't access SuperSU

I rooted my phone today and just before it wouldn't allow me to connect to any google servers. So I did some research and someone suggested to factory rest my phone. I did that and apparently you're just suppose to change some code. Now I can't access SuperSU because of security policy updates that won't allow me onto SuperSU and when ever I try to open it, it just crashes. So other apps needed to change the code don't have root access. Is there anyway I could open SuperSU?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 GT-I9305T

What Android version is your S3 running? And how did you factory reset it? (Recovery mode? Through the settings menu?)
And did you install any custom ROMs or recoveries on the phone?
