Why am I unable to change the default alarm clock time since updating to Lollipop?

after i update android version 5.0, i cant change the time on my default alarm clock, anyone can solve this problem? HELPPPPP

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Did you already try a reboot? Do you mean you can't change the time on the clock, or you can't edit or create a new alarm?
