Why am I unable to connect to my internet?

[AC Question]

Can't connect to my Internet

It's weird I can connect to my friends Internet and other internets, but I can't connect to my Internet I've been through checking my internet provider and everything and they went through every bit of information on my Internet and they said that it must be my device, so I know 100% it's not my Internet. I haven't got my data usage on (pretty sure) and other devices in my house can connect and I'm 100% sure it's the right Internet password and name. Please help me!! Thank you-

I agree with belodin. It may be troubleshooting problem. You can try again with different IP address or you can use proxy IP.
