Why am I unable to connect to the Play Store via wifi?

[AC Question]

Connection Timed out

I'm using Nexus 4 and Tab2. If I'm connecting through data from phone I dont face any issue. But If I connect to wifi I'm unable to connect to play store. getting error as connection timed out
