Wifi at work
I recently upgraded from the s4 to the s5 and now I cannot connect to my work wifi. I have contacted my office tech support and verizon, even got a new s5, but still nothing. At my office, I am asked to sign in with my email address, access code and accept the terms. I had no problem with my s4 and none of my coworkers are having issues, but when I do this with the s5, it just loops me through the sign in process and eventually disconnects me. I don't have access to change any router settings as I work for a big corporation and I have gone through all the troubleshooting for general wifi. Any other suggestions? thanks in advance!
