Why am I unable to download apps - Samsung S5?

[AC Question]

Unable to Download Apps - Samsung S5

When trying to download any apps in the google playstore it comes up with "error while retrieving information from server [rh-01]".

Ive tried several things like clear cache/data. factory reset, flight mode etc and nothing seems to works

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

Try going to the App Manager, select Download Manager, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.

If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.

Make sure you have a valid form of payment associated with your Google account.
