Is there any error popping up, or you just can't see the app on the play store? If the latter, remember that some apps are geo-restricted, so they might not be available in all territories. Also, devs can restrict some devices from installing their app if they deem they are incompatible (if this is the case, you'd need to contact the developer as this cannot be changed in the Play Store). I see there are two versions available for that app, so make sure you're selecting the right one.
