Why am I unable to make video calls in Android 5.0?

I can not make video call in Anroid 5.0

Hi,
After I updated to lollipop in my Yureka phone, I can not make video call. I can not find the way to make video call, Please resolve.

Welcome to Android Central! How were you making video calls before? Video calling is not a native function of cellphones. You need to use an app like Hangouts or Skype.
