Why am I unable to play movies from my PC to my SG3?

Issue with viewing video

I uploaded a movie from my PC to my SG3 last night and when I click on play I get a message saying this video cannot be played. I have uploaded other movies without this issue, any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central! How did you transfer the file, via USB? What file format is it? Did you transfer the file to the internal storage or the microSD card?
