Why am I unable to receive MMS messages?

Unable to receive MMS messages

Using Droid turbo (verizon) to send MMS messages to contacts. Contacts with other Droid turbo's receive no problem. People with LG-G3 (sprint) unable to read. I have seen many messages about this but no cures. Can someone help?

Hi, could it be the file type that you are sending to the person isn't compatible on their phone? can you send the media file via another method, i.e. Email / Hangouts / Whatsapp?

If you are using Verizon + messaging app, try using the native messaging app to send the MMS to the LG users.

I have the original Turbo 64GB Ballistic Nylon. My wife had the LG G3. We both use the native apps on each phone and we never have any issues. In fact the Motorola default Text app does all I need and saves a ton of texts.
