Why am I unable to register Google on my Samsung A5?

[AC Question]

my Samsung A5 woogle log in and doesnt recognise my gmail address

I bought this A5 on 27.5.16. I got locked out of finger print recognition as I forgot my password, I called Samsung and they told me to reboot it and restore factory settings, I have 3 Gmail accounts all of which I have checked and double checked the passwords for. all 3 are showing my A5 as a new phone and asked me to confirm my ID etc.
I have had backup emails sent to my aol account confirming my password has been reset on each account and verification codes to my house phone. but when I enter the verification numbers the message comes up on my A5 "Please sign in using one of the owner's accounts" I have no other accounts.
I cannot use my brand new phone and can't get past the google set up .
I work from 06.30 to 20.00 - 21.00 so I cannot call Samsung as they are open from 09.00 to 17.15
I had to lose a day off work today to try and sort this out and I've got nowhere.
