Why am I unable to reset my Android ZTE?

Cannot reset my android zte

unable. I get to the reset factory menu but when I puch reset on factory nothing happen try to install apps from google but after turn off the phone go back to previous menu even so when I deleted previous apps

Welcome to the forums. Have you already tried the factory reset via recovery mode? You need to search for the specific instructions for your model and android version.

Hold the volume up button while you hold the power button on for about 10 seconds and then the phone will turn white and totally reset to factory and password no longer needed.
