Why am I unable to send SMS after updating my galaxy Note 3 (sm-n900v)?

facing different problems after updating my galaxy note 3 (sm-n900v)

i am unable to send SMS and my mobile is hangup and restart again and again.. i have already tried factory reset and Wipe Cache Partition but its not working for me... i have also go back to 4.4.4 but the problem still the same..

If you have extended warranty with Verizon then I would go through them to get a replacement unit.
