Why am I unable to sign-in to my Google account on my HTC Desire 526 after a factory reset?

unable to sign-in in google account in htc desire 526 after factoryreset

I just factory reset my phone and when I tried to sign-in in my google account in my device it show couldn't sign in you have an unreliable network connection.
but I have my internet connection I tried to sign in with different account and also connected to different wifi but still it's the same
please help me I want it urgently

Welcome to Android Central! Do you have 2-step authentication turned on for your Google account? If so, turn that off temporarily, then try signing into the phone again.
