Note 4 unable to turn off flashing blue notifications light
I've turned of LED notifications and it's still doing it. Driving me crazy. Also, I've got Rocket Player and I have the setting turned to off for lock screen, but it's still showing up on lock screen. AND, I use an app called Silent Time to turn off all notifications while I sleep, but I keep getting notifications. I realize these are 3 separate apps, but everything worked fine until a couple of weeks ago. I haven't downloaded many new apps recently and I've tried uninstalling the ones I have downloaded one at a time to try to see if that's it. No luck so far? Reset? If so, what's the difference between Factory Data Reset and Reset Settings. TIA
