hey there i'm having problem updating my samsung A3 A-300H whenever i'm trying to update my phone to lolipop i'm just getting msg that it was tried to be updated illigaly just try to update it with kieys from your computer or visit samsung service centre so what should be done
need help plzzzzz

Welcome to Android Central! It actually tells you that something was illegal? Or does it say that the phone has been modified?

Have you tried using Samsung Kies or Samsung Smart Switch?
