Why am I unable to use my phone?

I tried all the methods you told but i m not able to use my phone the prblem

is I m getting blue led and green led which states for notifications but display is fully black please tell me what to do as fast as possible..

Is this a continuation of a problem you've asked about before? If so, we don't know what your original post was about and so we can't know the problem.

If not....has the phone been dropped or damaged in some way?
