Why are all messages I see time stamped 5 hours ahead? (Off by +5 hrs)

I'm in East USA GMT -5 I believe we say in world time.

Yea might be that strange time of year when we are out of sync with Europe! lol My point was to indicate to tech that this issue seems to be intermittent and/or not affecting everyone.
