Why are folder names in Thai and not english spelling?

When I look at my files with file manager in Windows, the folder name (Card and Phone) are in Thai (the translator says Thai but cannot translate to english) or some other language. Both apparently have the same name. The subfolders are fine.

When I go to properties, both show 100% used of 257 Terrabytes!

If you use the My Files app are the folder names displayed correctly? In the meantime if you haven't got them installed on your computer get Samsung USB drivers

Yes, all sub-folders display correctly.

With the USB drivers installed on your Pc, does it make a difference. Also can you tell me what baseband version you are running? You can find this in settings, about phone, software information. Lastly, how long have you had the phone?
