Why are my app icons gray after updating to Android 5.0?

Apps icon gray after updating to android 5.0

I upgraded to 5.0 my asus fonepad7. number of apps not running i.e paytm, sbi anywhere even reinstalled. paytm errors "unfortunately paytm stooped".
