why are my emails not showing up right away on my LG V20

Hello,

I have a New LG V20 a few weeks old and the past few days my emails are not showing up unless I refresh the BB Hub?

I set my sync to every 10 minutes and it also has push notifications.

Have been real frustrating!!

I deleted all my accounts and reinstalled
fixed the issue
