Why are my games crashing?

I've got the s7, had it for about a week and a half now. The majority of the games crash after playing for a few minutes. I've been on the phone to samsung support and they've said it can't be a hardware problem maybe it's the SD card. I removed that and still no luck. Has anyone had a similar problem? Or know how to fix it? I've done a factory reset.

It sounds to me like an overheating problem. Get into a room that makes you sweat if you blink and see if the games crash faster (after leaving the phone in the room for an hour to equalize temperatures).

If it is, it's a factory defect (and the clock stopped running when you first called them - when the phone was 1-1/2 weeks old).
