Why are my phone detected by PC but cannot see it in explorer?

Hey everyone, when i connect my moto g to PC it get detected and it can be savely removed. But when i open my computer there are no XT1032 (My Moto G) folder. I check the device manager there are no exclamation mark and the driver detected as moto g. Do u guys know what did this?

Hi! Maybe you should choose connect type on your device? You shoud select as "usb drive". I hope that it's be helpful for you. Good luck!

Uninstall the driver, download it again and install it. (No guarantee, but that's the first thing I'd try.)
