Why are my purchased apps not available?

I have just done a factory reset on my HTC Velocity which had 19 apps, 6 purchased ones installed pre reset. I have only ever had one Google account but none of the 19 apps were showing in my apps list on Google Play Store but 14 I didn't previously have installed did show. Anyone know what the issue may be here? Any help much appreciated thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! You're looking in the "All" section of the My Apps list? If you search for one of the apps you previously had on the phone, does it show up as available to install, or can you not find it at all? Apps can be discontinued or removed from the Play Store (although it'd be odd for this to be the case for all 19 apps).
