Why are my Settings all backwards?

Settings is all backwards

I have s4 and the new 5.0.1. Lollipop but when I go I to settings everything is setup backwards.

Welcome to Android Central! What do you mean by backwards? Is the text actually in mirror image? Or is everything just aligned to the right?

If you have the Developer options activated make sure that RTL layout direction is off.

Yep, you've got RTL activated. Go to settings, scroll down until you find developers options, scroll down until you find RTL and switch it off. This is an option oriented for left handed people. See the difference in my screenshots.
