Why aren't alarms working on my M9 since the last update?

Alarms not working on my m9 since last update

Since the last software update none of the alarms I have set work. I have restarted the phone I have cancelled the alarms and reset them I have even changed the ringtone to one ptppjgddwptg the phone....nothing....can anyone help please??

Have you tried to clear cache in the bootloader?
