Why aren't more apps able to be moved to the SD card?

Given the limited memory on some devices (Nexus One), this is a big issue.

Is there a limitation as far as what an app can do if it resides on the SD card?

And to all you devs out there--please update your apps so we can move them to the SD card. If you don't you might force us to decide not to buy your app.

Give it time, dude. This is a new capability with 2.2. Coding and modifying apps isn't magic. The devs can't just wave a magic wand and say "work from SD."
