Why aren't my soft key working?

Soft Keys not working!

After I got an enhancement update for my s4 i9500 lollipop 5.0.1, and after my phone restart and everything was fine. After that, the soft keys; option and return buttons are not working and there no light any more ( the left and right touche keys). please can any one help me to get them back without soft reset or factory reset. Am using now the help menu button instead which is really annoying.

Hi, have you fixed the soft keys bug? I have the same problem after the same upgrade. Samsung told me to change the screen but I find really strange that solution. Please let me know what you have done. Thank you very much.
