why call ring is not loud

the call ring is not loud enough on my Honor 5x.I have the volume turned to maximum and till its not very loud.I am not sure but it could have happened after the Marshmallow 6.0.1 update and EMUI 4.0.Anybody has the same experience ?

Are all other sounds loud? What if you choose a different ringtone?

all other sounds are loud and the other ringtones being offered is even worst

Sorry for the basic question, but are you certain that the Ringtone volume is turned up? Is it possible that only the Media volume is turned up?

yes,there are four volumes-ringtone,media,alarms,and call- I have them all to the maximum.

Hi There, if you are having issues with your Honor 5X's incoming call volume, try performing a "master reset" on the device. First, make sure you back up the device to a computer or spare SD, then follow these instructions to reset the device.
- Use the Power key to turn off your device.
- Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Up key at the same time.
- Release the buttons when you see the Huawei logo on the screen.
