why can i just change my security screen lock ?

"screen lock disabled by administrator, encryption policy, or credential storage" this what pops out in the screen lock but as you said I could not find the clear credits.

Hello!
The settings might be a little different based on the device you are using. For example, on my LG G4, this came up as an issue for me at one point and the fix was pretty simple.

It was Settings > Security > Certificate Management > Clear credentials.

Granted this is for the LG G4 (Although this should work for the G3, G4, and probably the G5 as well). Depending on the type of phone you have, this will be different, but the process should be quite similar.
