Why can I not install Youtube anymore?

I disabled Youtube on the app info and now the icon is gone, yet as Youtube is part of the phone so pre-installed, I can still open it. I enabled the app again but the icon is still not showing up. I tried restarting my phone and other methods but they were absolutely useless. Is there a solution?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? Do you mean the YouTube icon doesn't show up in the App Drawer after you reenable it?
