Why can i only have the same picture as wallpaper on both my lock screen and home screen

I just bought my Samsung AO3 core and i can't separate my lock screen and home screen wallpaper

Welcome to Android Central! Looks like that phone runs Android 11 Go Edition -- it may be that Android Go doesn't support that possibility.
