Why can my Note 8 no konger play music?

[Android Central Question]

I just got a Samsung Galaxy Note 8. The first two days, og played my music just fine. Now, no matter what music app I try to use, none of my music can be played. Does this have anything to do with the encrypting of my SD card?

I know it's probably a stupid question but I've made very silly mistakes like that myself in the past
