A week ago my phone downloaded the lollipop update and my phone now sucks! My Galaxy S5 was great now nothing really works. I've tried everything that everyone has suggested to fix the problems but nothing, my contacts still crash, my battery goes twice as fast, my music wont play and now I can't download any new ones. Every app I've tried will not work and let me download anything. Now I have a $500 paper weight. Ive cleared and even factory reset, someone please help me!

Welcome to Android Central! If you have a microSD inserted, see what happens if you switch cards--perhaps the update corrupted the card.
Otherwise, consider bringing the phone to your carrier and show them what their update did to your phone. Ask them what they can do about it, since it was working prior to the update. They might offer to replace the phone.
