Why cant i access any Google app?

Everything was working fine until yesterday . I don't know what happened but suddenly I couldn't access play store. Even my apps wouldn't sync. So I reset my phone and now I can't access my account. Whenever I try to log in it play services has stopped but when I log in using my laptop it works fine. Please help.

Welcome to Android Central! After the factory reset, were you able to add your Google account in the Setup Wizard? If not, make sure you turn off 2-step authentication on your Google account temporarily, then try again.
