Why can't I access FindmyMobile settings on my Galaxy s4?

why cant i access "FindmyMobile" settings on my Galaxy s4?

I would like to enable the find my mobile feature on my S4 but when i go to settings>more>security the findmymobile tab does not show up. Also, I have a samsung account.
