Why cant i access my installment after i download

[Android Central Question]

After i install it says i have to enable my installation for unknown sources but i cant view my downloads because it sends me to a page thatt says wifi settings thats greyed out.

By default, Android only allows installation of apps from Google Play. Installing from other sources can open you up to security risks (this is how most malware gets onto your phone, usually from pirated apps and those from sketchy websites), and is generally not advisable. Is the app in question not on Google Play?
