Why can't I access the theme store? [Galaxy S6]

I have a Galaxy S6, and I can't seem to access my theme store. I have accessed it before, and I applied a theme. However, now no matter how many times I click the button to go into the theme store, it doesnt do anything.
Please help!

if you are using an app like package disabler make sure you have not disabled something related to the theme store

i also have the same problem. when i tap the theme store, it doesnt open. i have a note 5. i already did a factory reset and nothing changed. i still could not access the theme store. so sad.

Same here. S6. My wife's phone works and mine doesn't. Also can't use the phone dialer when I'm using the phone. So I can't call anything to go through voice prompts like any customer service (like to fix this issue).

Go to settings and find the themes button and it should allow you to access from there I had this issue and this worked
