Why can't I add contacts in Andriod Lollipop?

[AC Question]

Cannot add Contacts in Andriod Lollipop

When i click on Phone then 3 dots on top right corner and Tap on new contact.

It is showing "Re-enable contacts application to use this feature".
I have used reset app preference but no use.

And is Contacts enabled, as shown in Settings, Apps, All?

If apparently so, try a Cache Partition wipe.
