Why cant i add custom notifications on my samsung galaxy s6

[Android Central Question]

I go to the bottom of the list and it doesn't say I can add a notification sound, so I can't have a custom notification sound.

Using a file browser app, you can copy sounds into the appropriate folders and they should automatically appear in the "sound" lists:
/Ringtones
/Alarms
/Notifications

The capital letters are important. SD card or internal storage should both work.
