I can't answer incoming phone calls on my Galaxy S5 Android 5.0

I have this problem with my new Samsung Galaxy S5 running on Android 5.0.
When someone calls me, I want to answer the phone call by swiping the green button to the center of the screen. When I do this it automatically ends the call. I have changed the settings so now I can answer by pressing the home button but it still ends the call immediately when I pick up the phone. How can I fix this problem, I have tried everything I know and even searched the web for other solutions but still have this problem.

Can someone please help me?

Welcome to Android Central! Did the answer screen change with Lollipop? The manual (which was from KitKat) describes dragging the phone icon outside the surrounding circle to answer the call. http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/c...5054/SM-G900F_UM_EU_Kitkat_Eng_D06_140312.pdf

Interestingly, I found this thread from last year describing the same issue, so it doesn't sound like it's exclusive to Lollipop: http://forums.androidcentral.com/samsung-galaxy-s5/416263-can-t-answer-incoming-calls.html

I'm having the same problem. I can't answer incoming calls and when I ring someone, my S5 randomly restarts and cuts the call off. Have you been able to resolve?
