Why can't I charge my note 8 on the new fast wireless charger

I Received my fast wireless charger from Samsung I tried to use my note 8 on the charger and it does not charge. Once I connect the charger it has a blue light and a green light and that's it. I send it back to Samson Samson send me a new one and still until now I can I use it as it still doesn't charge my notes 8 can someone please help me. Under battery advanced settings I only have fast charger I do not have option for wireless fast charger. Any help would be appreciated
